2. Scope of Agreement
Describe the purpose, duration, nature, and scope of the data processing. Identify the types and categories of personal data to be processed.
3. Data Processor Responsibilities

Description – Ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws

Obligation – Subprocessors
Description – Use only authorized subprocessors with adequate security measures.
4. Data Controller Responsibilities
Obligation – Compliance
Description – Comply with data protection laws and regulations.
